The Walsh Family Invites You To Their Cattle Ranch
Join Albert, Jordan, and their three kids on their beautiful riverside ranch for an evening to remember. Start with thoughtfully prepared appetizers, then take a guided tour of the ranch to learn about their regenerative farming practices. You’ll hear firsthand how they care for the land, their livestock, and their family—values that are deeply reflected in every bite.
Then, settle in for a family-style meal curated by English chef Deryn, who will showcase the ranch’s premium, pasture-raised beef in a dinner designed through the lens of food as medicine.
Come meet your meat, your farmers, and your neighbors. We can’t wait to share this table with you.
